What we collect

Your account email, the items you log (names, photos, notes, places), and enough usage signal to keep the app working. That’s the list. We don’t buy data about you, and we don’t want it.

What we never do

Sell your data. Show you ads. Let a brand know you own four tape measures. Your inventory is a map of your home — we treat it like one.

Your photos stay yours

Item photos are stored to show them back to you, full stop. Recognition runs to suggest names and categories, and its guesses are always shown for your review before anything saves.

Voice recordings

Voice intake converts speech to text to build your item cards. Audio isn’t kept after processing; the text lives in your inventory where you can see and edit it.

Leaving

Export everything as CSV anytime, free plan included. Delete your account and the inventory goes with it — actually deleted, not “deactivated.”
